My Tech Guy offers a helpdesk support service where your personnel with PC or network issues can directly contact a formal help desk system, that enables calls to be logged, requirements identified and issue prioritised.


Sometimes the issue can be resolved over the telephone or My Tech Guy will organise a site visit with you.

Receive a monthly or quarterly help desk report listing all calls and resolutions (issues that keep reoccurring can be identified and a more permanent fix put in place)

Let the help desk get the calls and let you get on with your job

Helpdesk support regardless if your internal support personnel are on leave or busy.

Have issues prioritised and critical events identified quickly so they can be dealt with accordingly.

Only pay for what you use. Charges are based upon a cost per hour of support plus a call-out fee if a site visit is authorised, therefore you only pay for what you use.
