Important considerations when purchasing products

• What warranty is provided? Is labour included? Are you required to ship the item back to the manufacturer when faulty or is it an on-site service?
• What extended warranties or on-site service agreements are available?
• Does the price include delivery and are the items inured during transit?
• Does the price include configuration and installation (for example a new file server or PC will require lots of configuration to integrate it into your network)
• Are the specifications and services stated better or at least match your other quotations, so that you are comparing apples with apples.
